My Yoga Journey

I discovered yoga in London over twenty years ago & it soon became a constant in my life. Uninspired by activities that many enjoy (running, swimming, gym, cycling…), a regular yoga practice & daily dog walk keep me healthy & sane! Passionate about the physical & mental benefits of yoga & how it can transform lives for the better, I completed my teacher training with Freestyle Yoga Project Tunbridge Wells in 2017.  My teaching draws on several styles & traditions practiced over the years, including nine years in Asia, fused with the more dynamic, freestyle approach of my training.  I feel privileged to have been taught by truly inspirational yoga teachers & am grateful for the way they have shaped my life & my own teaching. A regular practice of yoga can combine an agile, strong, healthy body with a calm, sharp mind. I am committed to exploring & meeting individual needs to make yoga friendly, fun & accessible.
